What it means to be The ^ Above Average Salesperson

After setting a quick baseline of how to be an above average salesperson in previous posts, I thought I should back it up a little bit and tell everyone what I think it means to be an above average salesperson.

 

What it means to embody the above average salesperson life:

 

Its taking a walk with your partner down to the beach to grab coffee at 10 a.m. , then coming back to your desk and closing a deal.

 

Its making your cold calls for the day then shutting your laptop and hitting the gym.

 

Its closing a multi million dollar deal, then taking your partner out to dinner.

 

The only word I can use to describe what an above average salesperson is balance. Balance with how you handle your sales career while living your life at the same time. It's setting boundaries, working remote , being at the top of the leaderboard but without the stress. You need to take care of your body and mind or else you will burnout.

 

The Above Average Salesperson is obsessed with work life balance and always pushing for freedom at their job.
